Dinner With a View

Digitally inked image based on a random sketch i started in my sketchbook. Original characters I'm so far using to create a comic. So far just loose story and maybe I'll commit to a full-blown story or a bunch of mini stories with them.

I love the halftone effect in Procreate sooo much better than photoshop! It allows you to instantly preview the size and look of the effect, unlike photoshop which still just forces you to imagine what the sizes you input look like.

I ended up cropping the image to a square format in the end which worked since I posted it on instagram...but I actually think the cropping worked out. (Also, it's been ages since I posted on Art Station, so there is that...check out my Instagram artfullcaffelatte for more frequent posts and WIPs of art I may never finish! )
